Upcoming Hearing Challenges Jurisdiction:

On March 4th, 1stLt Grayson's defense team will challenge the Marine Corp's ability to prosecute 1stLt Grayson for lack of personal jurisdiction.  On June 1, 2006, 1stLt Grayson was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps after going through a detailed, multi-layered, separations process, receiving his final pay and discharge certificate.  The Marine Corps claims the discharge was an administrative error - now the argument is in the hands of the military judge...stand by for more.
